- MAM ADec 23, 20255.0I have had Bart Blessing state farm in Ocala for 19 years- recently added a vehicle in November and what a fiasco ! I had called several times over the last couple weeks to straighten out this mess - I was so frustrated I chose to call a different Bart Blessing office to see if someone could look at my account and figure out what was going on with the billing - Veronica was able to take the time & explain what was done in the account and the details in which the changes were made and what the cause was. This isn’t a review to necessarily throw the Ocala office any shade but the absolute frustration when dealing with multiple people not being assigned to a particular person in the office and speaking to someone new every time who doesn’t exactly fix the problem or explain what happened like Veronica did- thank you for taking the time !
