  I needed insurance quickly, and I was in the middle of switching lenders, which made getting new insurance provider a little difficult, but Lissette Bode made it very simple and saved me some money in the process.

  I received a mailed solicitation from an Allstate insurance broker offering a quoted rate for homeowners insurance. Upon contacting the representative, Jeramaya, I was informed that the quoted prices were not actual quotes from their company but were instead provided by a separate entity. This indicates that the mailing contained misleading or inaccurate information designed to generate inquiries. The representative assured me he would follow up by the end of the day, but no call was received. The following day, I made multiple attempts to contact him via phone and text, yet received no response or acknowledgment. The combination of questionable solicitation practices, inaccurate quoting information, and complete lack of follow-through raises significant concerns about the company’s reliability, transparency, and professionalism. I strongly recommend avoiding this Allstate insurance broker, as their approach appears deceptive and untrustworthy.

  I am extremely satisfied with my experiences with this Allstate agency. They are very helpful with finding auto and home insurance that not only meets my needs, but also saves me money. Celeste Chavez has done a great job finding me policies that are the best for my requirements. Todd Miller has an awesome staff and I am very grateful.
