  Monica Marcum has helped me through many insurance transitions over the last 6 months because we moved to FL and still had property in GA. She has been super helpful, explained things very clearly that are new to me in FL, very patient and cheerful, and best of all worked hard to get me good rates on home, car and umbrella policies.
