  Same as prior review about "Bait and Hook" mailings. BOLO for $907 annaual Insurance premium solicitation mailing. Try Santana Insurance or Wiglesworth-Rindom. Both top-notch and ethical. UPDATE: Reply from Ladd: It appears as though the mailers have the same $907 premium, regardless of the homes' characteristics. I didn't waste my time getting a quote because I knew it was Bate and Hook. No one is writing $600K policies for less than $1,000. Not all common sense is gone.

  I received a letter from Aliff & Assocs offering an attractive estimated annual premium for our homeowners policy which is up for renewal soon. The estimation letter has our address in it, and an estimation for dwelling coverage, separate structures, personal property, liability, loss of use and medical, for an estimated premium of 907 USD. We currently pay around 6000 USD... Even though that 907 USD looks too good to be true, I contacted Ladd Aliff's office to get a real quote. Brooke was super friendly on the phone, asked me some more questions about our property, and then came back with a quote : 7100 USD... My conclusion : their letter with an estimated premium of 907 USD was indeed too good to be true. I would even call it total BS. If their final quote would have been 2000 or 3000 it would still have been significantly higher than their estimation. But how can a serious company send an estimation of 907 USD, and then come back with a quote for 7100 USD, especially when the estimation already had our address, dwelling coverage etc on it. Total waste of time.

  My agent Brooke saved me a lot of money for my 3 covered vehicle. Way more than the cookie cutter commercial about saving a few hundred dollars. She and Allstate saved me double those numbers. This agency Ladd Aliff takes the time to get the best coverage at a reasonable price. Thank you

  It was an absolute pleasure speaking with Brooke regarding auto policy quotes. I ended up switching to Allstate after her knowledgeable recommendations at a much lower rate than my current provider.
