  Jessica was fantastic in helping me. She gave me a company to obtain my Wind Mitigation Report. She contacted me whenever there was an update in regards to my policy as well as offer me keeping me informed of any other questions I had. I wish that everyone that I deal with could be as professional and knowledgeable.

  Mary Lee is great, and I recommend she get a pay raise and a Christmas bonus. I give approval for both of these. Mary Lee called me and left a voice message. I returned her call a few minutes later, and she answered her phone. Since a question lingered, she then called me back five minutes later (and I answered). I had to call her again 1 hr 20 minutes later because of my (canceled) credit card situation I wasn't immediately aware of, and I had a question. Mary Lee called me back ten minutes later (and I answered), and she had an answer to my question. // That was quite a few phone calls she had with me. I imagine she's on the phone all day explaining things, answering questions, and resolving issues. That sounds like a lot of work. Happy Holidays! Robert Christiansen

In this technological world we all presently live, it is encouraged that most everything that needs to be addressed or changed, is done on a smart phone or a computer. Finding someone that is both knowledgeable, along with being sincere and respectful in addressing questions or issues is truly a rarity. Regarding home, personal and automobile insurance needs, Ms. Zeolla is one of those few people that will listen carefully to understand a client’s question and needs before addressing and resolving any issue there may be. I am always impressed with how courteous, sincere and helpful she has been while transacting my insurance business with her.
