  Emely Barrera took my call and right away she got me a quote that was SO significantly less than what i was paying for home insurance it was almost not to be believed. The car quote was close but you can not have one without the other although they did throw in road side assistance which i did not have so it was pretty fair exchange in terms of price. However. I found her to be very professional and knowledgable and am happy to join her insurance family. Thank you Emely!

  I have been working with Mikayla on a vehicle insurance policy this week. Mikayla has been very responsive with an initial quote and follow up to assist me in completing the policy. We did it all over the phone and Mikayla made the process very simple and explained everything clearly to me. Mikayla was a pleasure to deal with, very pleasant and knowledgeable, can’t recommend her services enough.

  In July 2025, I called Allstate Agency, Ted Bazto Agency (as I had been insuring my cars with them for many years), to see if they were insuring homes in Florida (as in the past they told me they did not, but were preparing to) for my new residence. They told me they could Insure homes now. On July 2, 2025, I was billed and paid for wind insurance for the year, $2,076 to Citizens Ins. On July 7, 2025 I was billed and paid to Cypress Insurance $764 for standard homeowners insurance. I was then notified by Ted Bazto Agency that I was being required to have flood Insurance (which I didn't want or needed), and I paid $650+. In August or September I was told that I had to pay another $1400 or I would have my insurance terminated. At this time, I began to feel something was not right, so I began looking for new insurance through another Broker. They got me another policy, and in September 2025, we sent letters of termination to the Ted Bazto agency for all my Homeowners Insurance I purchased from them' wind, flood, and homeowners. I expected a partial rebate of my payments as they were only insuring for 2 1/2 months. I was told that would happen automatically. When I had heard nothing from them, I called the insurance companies, Cypress said they had requested more info from Bazto Agency with no response. Citizen's said they had not received anything from Bazto about canceling the policy. Bazto would not refund any of the flood insurance they required. So far, for 2 1/2 months of Insurance it has cost me $3400 (which was supposedly for a year). I intend to appeal this to the State of Florida and rate that agency with these comments on social media. It is my impression that the Ted Bazto Agency is one of the worst agency for customer service I have seen in an industry, unconcerned about their policy holders.
