Several days later an agent reached out to me and gathered more info, told me she will send me a quote in the next few days. When we received the quote, it was not with the insurance company we had initially discussed. Agent told me that that particular insurance company wouldn't cover us due to discoloration on our roof. I emailed her back asking what we could do about this but we never received a response back. I contacted a different insurance group after not hearing back from Joyner and we were able to get the exact policy that we were supposedly declined from through Joyner Insurance. I don't understand how that is possible but mostly I'm disappointed about not receiving a response back from the agent.
