We moved our main home to Florida 2 years ago and switched to this office, thinking we would get the same treatment, not close! I still use Allstate at our California home, they have been wonderful also! This office is terrible, if you like condescending people that think they are doing you a favor, and high prices, this is the office for you!

Staff is rude and acts like any question was outlandish to ask. Also they were a nightmare when trying to get them to cancel my Mom's policy. Avoid this place at all costs.
