Extremely responsive, located discounts I qualified for that previous agent never bothered to look up or offer.. If your have/need insurance, start with him.

And he was very sincere and we are working towards a quote. This morning I contacted your office to request a simple transfer of an existing Cypress policy from another carrier to your company. During the call, the representative wanted to providing a new quote for a different policy. I explained that I was not interested in a new quote and only needed assistance with the policy transfer. At that point, the representative became dismissive and abruptly ended the call. Hanging up on me as I’m attempting to complete a straightforward request is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your customer service standards.
