  Extraordinary agent! Switched from previous Allstate agent I had for 15 years to his Allstate agency. Best move I have ever made. Extremely responsive, located discounts I qualified for that previous agent never bothered to look up or offer.. If your have/need insurance, start with him.

  (Update review) Shawn called and explained that It was the Allstate answering service who provided the poor service. And he was very sincere and we are working towards a quote. This morning I contacted your office to request a simple transfer of an existing Cypress policy from another carrier to your company. During the call, the representative wanted to providing a new quote for a different policy. I explained that I was not interested in a new quote and only needed assistance with the policy transfer. At that point, the representative became dismissive and abruptly ended the call. Hanging up on me as I’m attempting to complete a straightforward request is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your customer service standards.

  Cut my insurance cost in half and send a friend in to see if Shawn could help him save, felt he was being overcharged at previous company. Also reduced his insurance by over 50%. Thank you Shawn
