- JHJoanne HarveyOct 22, 20251.0I stopped by there to get an estimate on homeowners insurance and gave them all the information they needed. Once the young lady quoted me and I accepted, she told me that I would have to get the auto insurance also. I do not need auto insurance and I asked her to please check and make sure cause I am ready to sign up for homeowners insurance. She never called me back. I called there and spoke to a young lady. Left a message and no one returned my call the following day I call again left another message again. No one returned my call. Finally I gave up and went to another insurance company. Apparently they don’t need anybody’s business. I was extremely upset that I wasted several days getting them the information and getting the quotes and then I couldn’t even follow through with the insurance.
