  I stopped by there to get an estimate on homeowners insurance and gave them all the information they needed. Once the young lady quoted me and I accepted, she told me that I would have to get the auto insurance also. I do not need auto insurance and I asked her to please check and make sure cause I am ready to sign up for homeowners insurance. She never called me back. I called there and spoke to a young lady. Left a message and no one returned my call the following day I call again left another message again. No one returned my call. Finally I gave up and went to another insurance company. Apparently they don’t need anybody’s business. I was extremely upset that I wasted several days getting them the information and getting the quotes and then I couldn’t even follow through with the insurance.

  I was with Allstate and the same agent for 40+ years... Home and Auto. Then one day, outta nowhere, I get a notice that they're dropping my home owner's policy because I live within 5 miles of the coast. I actually live 15+ miles from the coast and have never filed a claim. SO! I found a new company, Sihle, Danny Black. Better Policy, Less Premium. So, I also dumped Allstate Auto (no claims in 45yrs), again, went thru Danny, Better Policy, 1/2 the price. Summary, for my loyalty, Allstate has been bilking $$ from me for many many years. Here Allstate, Here's the rating you asked for! Adios Allstate!
