  Very sad such a bg company with agents who just don't care about no one Buck themselves show. So good luck trying to get insurance within an hour with these guys not worth it. And I'm stuck with them.

  I was very happy with the customer service that I received over the phone with the person that that helped me. It’s very hard to find a company quote online that allows you to pick non-car owner insurance option so I finally decided to call one and direct was the first and only place I called yesterday. Direct auto insurance was actually the very first car insurance I ever bought for myself as an adult 15 years ago and I had a great experience then.. the process probably took about 25 minutes if that it was very informative they answered all of my questions. Let me know deadlines dates and fees and explained everything in detail and I was very very happy with the customer service that I had.. within half an hour not only did I call just to get a quote and the price from direct auto but I also enter the conversation with having car insurance immediately car insurance cards and the letter of insurance and it was so quick and easy and I just can’t say enough about this experience and this person that helped me. They were very friendly personable and helped me all across the board..
