  This agency is a predator. They don’t give you all the information and if you want to leave they make it near impossible. I had to change my bank number to keep them from taking out payments after I left them!

  Worst agents ever. We were customers for 30 years loved our agent. Moved to Florida went with allstate here and has been horrible. Rates are double other companies, ask to talk to agent they don't put you through. Call to get answers about policy get hang up on you. NO customer service at all. Glad to have found a company with customer service and no rates being raised s very 6 months.

  We recently had to redo some of my mom's insurance needs in The Villages due to a divorce. During any prior phone calls, all staff were very nice and helpful. Our in-person meeting with Heather was the BEST! She was understanding, knowledgeable, gave me great advice and completed the tasks promptly and efficiently. In a follow up email she immediately attended to another two tasks I needed completed and everything was done quickly and properly. Dealing with Heather was truly a joy and by the end of our first time meeting, I felt like I had made a new friend! We were in a difficult situation and she was understanding and kind.   Great service and welcoming attitude. Agent Teresa Jenkins was so helpful and knowledgeable with lots of local experiences and insite. Would recommend the "real person" experience over the online, non-pesonal, typical insurance company norm.
