I needed a motorcycle quote and policy set up urgently, and she guided me through every step with ease and efficiency. She has also done a fantastic job handling my auto insurance. I truly appreciate her responsiveness, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!

  Spoke with Agent Lisa Ross yesterday in reference to automobile insurance and not only was Agent friendly and answered my questions she was very patient and is going to be getting back with me at the end of the month for a definite purchase from direct she made it sunple and the quotes were above abs beyond what I anticipated. Then she did a follow up email with her contact number as well . I absolutely am looking forward to having a policy with a company where I'm not husf another sale or quota mer ti them. Thank yiu Lisa for reassuring myself their still are great people out there looking out for others and your sales techniques were truly amazing. ❤️ I will be glad to say that if this company is exactly as it was presented to send all my friends and family towards dirdcf svsb looking for any insurance needs.
