- DSdavid straussOct 16, 20241.0so today i received an unsolicited offer of homeowners insurance from david schwenk whose office i may add is nowhere near my home. the offer assured me that i could obtain a policy for a year and my rate " could be as low as $9,858.00 ". interesting language which obviously says nothing and not by accident. additionally this offer/non-offer is $4000.00 more than my renewal with my current insurer and offers lower levels of coverage than i am currently receiving. what a deal. mr. schwenk i would never do business with an individual like you and your clients certainly have my sympathy.
