  Mr. Grant was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Medicare policy that would best meet my needs and his office assistant was very helpful in getting a time and date to meet my schedule. I thank both of them for there assistance.

  My dentist office recommended Jim Grant for my dental insurance. I called his office and left a message. 2 days goes by and no return call. I called again to leave a another message. Both times talking to a real person who took the messages and ensure me that Jim will call back shortly. Again, there was no return call for the 2nd time. Would you give your business to this office with this kind of response time, which is non-existence?
