- KMKrisTina Muia5 days ago1.0This agency works with the insurance company, not their clients. Went with Mynatt at the recommendation of a friend & reviews f but my experience was AWFUL. I had to chase them down for homeowner's quotes , THEN for follow up THEN AGAIN for information about the cancelation notice I received less than two months into the policy term. WHY have an agent if I'm doing all the legwork?? Was told the reason for cancellation was "galvanized pipe", I asked the agent what that meant & what I needed to do. The agent told me to "show the letter to a licenced plumber". I did and had $6K worth of work done based on what the agent & plummer said. Submitted all photos & documentation of work & was told that it wasn't what needed to be done. Reached out to agent again & after multiple follow ups, finally received a very curt reply - not their problem. I have since dropped them TERRIBLE experience, would rather pay more for service better than they provided.
