  I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Tim Castle, the owner, and Shirlene, the Personal Lines agent at Mynatt Insurance Agency, for their exceptional service and dedication in securing the perfect homeowner's policy for me. After reaching out to three other agencies without success, I was genuinely impressed by the expertise and commitment demonstrated by the agents at Mynatt. Each agent I interacted with was extremely knowledgeable, guiding me through various policy options and helping me align them with my financial goals. The entire process was seamless, and I felt well-informed at every step. Additionally, the support staff was incredibly helpful.   This agency works with the insurance company, not their clients. Went with Mynatt at the recommendation of a friend & reviews f but my experience was AWFUL. I had to chase them down for homeowner's quotes , THEN for follow up THEN AGAIN for information about the cancelation notice I received less than two months into the policy term. WHY have an agent if I'm doing all the legwork?? Was told the reason for cancellation was "galvanized pipe", I asked the agent what that meant & what I needed to do. The agent told me to "show the letter to a licenced plumber". I did and had $6K worth of work done based on what the agent & plummer said. Submitted all photos & documentation of work & was told that it wasn't what needed to be done. Reached out to agent again & after multiple follow ups, finally received a very curt reply - not their problem. I have since dropped them TERRIBLE experience, would rather pay more for service better than they provided.

  Shirlene Richardson-Lowe provided excellent service for Home Owner's Insurance & Flood Insurance. She was very pleasant to work with and went out of her way to ensure we received the best insurance policy. Highly recommend!

  FWCJUA Workers Comp Policy Employers Quarterly Tax Report and Employer Affidavit forms was completed with the assistance of Myatt Insurance Agency. Their customer service was excellent with helping me fill out all information in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Mynatt Insurance for anyone that is unfamiliar with the process.
