  Leila is awesome! I didn't know that one of my vehicles qualified as an antique in Florida. She got me a major reduction in price, designating the vehicle as an antique. I never drive it, and she made the process easy! Thank you Leila!

  I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Kyle knox. He explained in detail what state farm insurance was covering both of my autos. Thank you very much and I would absolutely recommend state farm insurance in the future.

  I cannot say enough great things about Kyle and my experience with State Farm! Kyle was able to lower my auto insurance and get me better coverage which honestly felt like a win-win I didn’t think was possible. His customer service was absolutely on point. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to ask questions about me as a person not just as a policy number. That meant a lot. It truly felt like he cared about helping me make the best decision, not just making a sale. I needed to make my payment a couple of days after we first spoke, and Kyle personally arranged to call me back and handled everything exactly as promised. No stress, no hassle … just excellent follow-through. Thank you, Kyle, and thank you to everyone at State Farm for going the extra mile for your customers. Exceptional service still exists, and it shows!

  Melissa was the 13th call I made to State Farm Corporate, Claims, customer service and other local Tampa State Farm Agents. All before the call to Joseph Ledos office either told me they didn't handle the issue I needed to have resolved, what I needed was not possible, or the information I could give them was not valid. Melissa answered the phone, after telling her my scenario, she looked information up in the system rapidly and although they weren't the account agent fir the vehicle I needed assistance with she took my phone number and email and said she would get back to me. In less than 15 minutes she phoned me to say the information I needed would be sent to her via email and she would email to me. I received the information I needed and am so pleased. Joseph Ledo has a Super Star employee inss Melissa. I pray State Farm rewards her for her quality of Customer Service. I was totally disgusted with Customer Service at the Corporate and Local Agent Offices levels until phoning Joseph Ledo's office and Melissa answering my call! Bravo!!
