Talked to them several times and one of the main points I stressed with them is that if there was going to be any issues we would stay where we are so we continue coverage. Spent a lot of time going over medications, medical issues and we were always told it all looked good and will not be any problem. So at my old employer based enrollment we dropped the advantage plan. To date Medicare enrollment deadline passed and I have supplemental insurance, but my wife does not. She was denied because of arthritis. EIP said not a problem and we submitted thru another avenue called guaranteed acceptance where they said we simply needed to supply documentation of loss of coverage, which we did. Going on three weeks and still no approval for my wife in 2026. Several attempts to contact the agent went nowhere, their promises to follow up and get back to us with the status go nowhere. Fully regret ever going into this process with them! Beware that your agent may not be forthright with their ability to help.
