  I was baited in by an email that stated I would have to pay $36 down and $66 a month for coverage on my vehicle agent asked a lot of questions said they were company policy which I did not appreciate ended up paying $136 down now I have to pay $163 a month which is not anywhere near what I was looking for will continue to look but needed insurance to hold me over do not plan on keeping direct Auto

  Mersad was such a blessing to us! We spoke with one agent at a completely different location about our situation, and they told us there was nothing they could do. So, we decided to give a different agent a try, and that was MERSAD! He went above and beyond to correct our situation by taking the additional steps that the location was unwilling to do. He saved us big time! Not only did he take the time to wish my husband and me a happy birthday, but he topped it off with "God Bless You"! Excellent customer service and we demand he gets a RAISE!! God bless you Mersad! He was a pleasure to work with!
