- DPdan padulaNov 13, 20241.0I was a client of this agency for over a decade, and I’m extremely disappointed with their service. Despite being a loyal customer with no claims over the years, my premium kept rising without explanation. Recently, I was in an accident where my car was totaled. I turned to this agency for support, but they offered absolutely no help or guidance. Instead of assisting, they only made the process more confusing and stressful. It’s now been nearly two months since the accident, and they still haven’t removed the totaled car from my policy. I’ve been paying for a car that no longer exists, despite multiple calls to try and resolve it. Every time I called, I was passed from person to person, none of whom could answer my questions. They would promise to call back with answers but rarely did. It’s been incredibly frustrating to get any assistance or even basic customer service. After years of paying increasing premiums without needing their help, the one time I did need them, they completely let me down. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable service or support when it truly matters.
