- VRVincent Richinelli5 days ago1.0If I could give them a 0*, I would. I was told that in order to get an Umbrella policy thru them I had to switch both my auto and homeowners policy. With their auto being so much cheaper, I decided to make the switch. A couple months later, come to find out that the agent messed up and due to that error the new homeowners policy was cancelled. Being in an older home in a historic district, I was very hesitant to switch the homeowners in the first place and I should have gone with my gut. Now I am left without any other options and am forced to check with Citizens which I was trying to avoid. To top things off, apparently the Umbrella is fine without them also having the homeowners policy as well, so what I was told originally was completely untrue.
