  Nicolas Fanfan was so easy to work with. I highly recommend EPI during your initial Medicare sign-up or for any subsequent changes you may need. They find the best and most cost effective plan for your needs and submit the insurance application on your behalf while on the phone.

  I was looking to reduce my medicare supplemental insurance rates. I did an online request for potential options and was contacted by Trevor Hanson. He provided me with some options, but I was unsure and quite a bit apprehensive about trying to go through the medical underwriting process. I did extensive research on my own to be sure I was comfortable with making the change. Throughout the process which involved a few conversations with Trevor, he was patient, understanding and at no time tried to push me to make a decision. Communication with Trevor was very straight forward. He continued to provide me with valuable assistance and reassurance throughout the entire process including helping with filing the underwriting forms with the new provider. Overall it was a very pleasant experience working with Trevor & EIP.

  Noah was very helpful in finding me the right policy, even though there was a small hiccup in providing only dental when I wanted dental/vision. He was most accommodating and instructed me on how to cancel the existing dental policy while he quickly hooked me up with a new more inclusive policy. Noah really helped to navigate the Medicare world.

  I foolishly asked this company for a Medigap quote. Once I received it by email, they called me and I told the rep that the quotes confirmed what I needed to know and goodbye. I attempted three times to end the conversation politely, but she (and others that have called back) do not not know how to LISTEN. They just keep yammering away evening when I lost my cool and asked the last rep to SHUT UP and listen to me say"I am not interested". I would never do business with such rude staff.
