Unfortunately, We've received a terrible service attempting to do business with this agency. We were quoted on Dec.17th, 2021. There was no communication from the agency during that time until now. I called the agency to go over the proposal offered to us. I requested to speak to Michelle Price. Once Michelle took our call, she started to explain how the coverage wasn't adequate and she didn't like the quote. I could not ask Michelle any questions, because she continued to talk over me each time I proceeded to ask a question. Michelle failed to realize that I understood this wasn't the best coverage, but was still interested. I grew frustrated telling Michelle I was not being heard. Her response was that she had been doing this for 20 years. I understand she's experienced, but I advised her she was missing out on a sale, because she wasn't listening. The call turn for the worst when Michelle hung up on me. I called back to request a different agent in hopes of still doing business with the agency. Big mistake! I could tell Veronica Cruz was the woman that answered the phone. We could tell she had already spoke to Michelle, because of her tone. I ask initially to work with someone else, but Veronica told me "I could talk all I want, she couldn't help me." She proceeded to hang up with me when I heard Michelle and others commentating in the background. This agency doesn't value minorities, senior citizens or low -income families. I hope this behavior is corrected. It's disappointing to see other minorities act this way against one another all, because they feel like maybe they're doing justice for one another as co-workers or feeling like it's just another irate customer. It's a shame that Michael Digiorgio has individuals representing his business in this fashion. The nature of the entire situation let me know that this is the culture of the business and even if this is brought up to the owner it wouldn't matter, because it was just another customer. BUT the fact is, this is business and EVERYONE should be valued.
