  I asked my now previous auto insurance agent if there was a better price out there. She said ‘No’ & she was wrong! My husband looked into Melba Ballard State Farm in Tamarac. We worked with Maritza, who was knowledgeable, patient & kind. And she offered us a policy, with our same coverage, for many hundreds of dollars less! Another great employee who answered our questions promptly was Faith. Please give Melba Ballard State Farm a try!

  Every time I've contacted this office, the service has been excellent. Alejandra and Julie Ann are incredibly kind, and this time they gave me an irresistible quote. For much less than I was paying with my previous company, now I have better coverage and additional services that I didn't have before. Thank you so much!

  I have been with Melba Ballard State Farm Office in Tamarac FL for a few years now, and honestly, I’m not inclined to give companies, especially insurance companies is great reviews, because sometimes the cost gets me so irate, but dealing with This particular State Farm office has somewhat changed my perspective. Each time I’ve contacted them they’ve been kind, personable, easy to talk to never unkind, and always willing to help. Truthfully, everybody wants to get the best rate possible, and just about most consumers think that insurance companies are ripped off, and perhaps they are to some extent because I don’t file claims but I feel like I get nothing in return, but then they’re also people who unjustly file claims and get a lot in return which makes it difficult for everybody else. So I tried to adjust my perspective to take the company for who they are each time I’ve had to deal with them, And I want to emphasize that this is one of the best insurances I’ve had and people that I’ve dealt with. I spoke with FAITH today and she was not only kind and supportive but genuinely helpful and pleasant, which left me feeling assured as a Customer! I reminded myself that this is why I rejected the calls and quotes I had recently received from other notable companies!

  Been a StateFarm Client for 30 plus years. And I can honestly say that I've never had such a wonderful experience with someone so knowledgeable in her craft as my representative Christina who's an amazing asset to Melba Ballard State Farm. She's the rep to go to if you have a question or need years of experience. Thank you for all your help Christina!! Hope State Farm appreciates who they have working for them...

  This has been one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The atmosphere at this State Farm office is warm, respectful, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. You can tell they actually care about the people they serve. Christina was exceptional. She made everything feel easy! explaining details in a way that actually made sense. Her patience, professionalism, and positive energy stood out immediately. She didn’t rush me and made sure I felt comfortable with every decision. It’s refreshing to work with a team that treats you like a person, not a transaction. I’m so glad I chose this office and Christina is truly a gem.
