I was very happy with everything initally. Recently my policy went up, and I had some coverage that I felt I didn't need anymore and wanted to change. I have left 3 messages at his office over the past month and haven't heard a response yet. I finally decided to just call the corporate number and they were more helpful. I am now getting a new agent and possibly not staying with this company. I simply don't understand why you wouldn't call a person back who has several policies with you and just wants to edit their coverage. Very bad customer service!
