Currently, we have life and disability insurance coverage through him and he has done nothing but exhaust all resources to find us the highest quality insurance coverage at the best rate. He is very personable, friendly, and easy to talk to. He is prompt in his response time returning emails or phone calls. I had an occasion where he drew up a quote on a policy for me and after the fact I found out my job offered a better deal at a better rate. Without hesitation, he recommended going through my workplace instead of him and even reviewed their policy to ensure it was good. He will not lead you astray and he will only recommend something that purely benefits you as the client, even at his expense. Seriously. He is a gem. :)
