  There was only one agent when we went in. He was on the phone and we sat there for half an hour without even being acknowledged. We got up and left and still nothing said to us as we we're walking out the door. We felt that we didn't matter. We have been with direct for over 20 years and have been to this office before and treated great. Won't go back to this location again

  I've been with Direct auto well over ten years Mrs minnie was the best but retired 😌and now ms Lucy 😃she went out of her way to get me a better quote I started out unhappy but after everything over I walked out with the biggest and brightest smile on my face Thank You So much Ms Lucy these stars are for you
