As a result, phone lines may be jammed on Mondays and Fridays and staff may not always be able to respond quickly. A high turnover in the staff doesn't help. But through it all, a few things have stayed constant. Perry always responds promptly if contacted directly. Aritha, a very sweet and helpful lady, has been "forever" with Perry and always knows where to forward my questions. Jeanne Ryan, the office manager, is always available. She has helped me a lot in navigating the nuances of auto insurance policies, such as different levels of coverage and stacking vs non-stacking options. Jenne always discusses at length all the issues and follows up with detailed emails. Thank you Jenne, Aritha, and Perry for all your help! And thank you State Farm! I have been with State Farm for over 40 years. State Farm may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Other insurance companies may pay for only after-market parts if you have an accident. If you want genuine factory parts, go with State Farm.
