  I recently moved from Phoenix, AZ to Saint Augustine, FL, and I wanted to continue using State Farm for my auto insurance after the move. I’m so glad I did — especially because of Regina at the Brandon Thomas State Farm office. Regina called me to make sure I completed one last form related to Uninsured Motorist coverage, and from the very start she was extremely friendly, patient, and professional. As someone who is brand‑new to the East Coast, I truly appreciated how helpful she was. Not only did Regina walk me through signing the form via DocuSign, but she also went above and beyond by sharing great information about living in Saint Johns County. Since I’m still getting familiar with the area, she even recommended helpful apps where I can find local events happening between Jacksonville and Saint Augustine — which I genuinely appreciated. Every interaction I’ve had with the employees at the Brandon Thomas office has been positive. They are welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly care about their clients. I will absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking to switch their insurance to State Farm. Regina made my transition seamless, and her customer service was outstanding.

  This agency is AMAZING! Stefanie Thompson helped me with securing life and supplemental health insurance for myself and my boys! She explained everything in great detail while giving me options. She let me know that they could not beat my current auto insurance rate, but invited me to come back in about six months.
