Their response. It was a discount for bundled auto insurance. That I told them I wasn't interested in, from the start. BUYERS BEWARE. Also expect no less. than a half dozen calls in less than a week all during work hours. Update: Someone reached out to see how they could fix the situation. Their solution .Trust them with a bigger bill and a possible situation I'm sure they would actively try and avoid helping in. Hard Pass. She did keep repeating they have been in buisness for 20 years of independent agents... Translation 20 of a revolving door of bare minimum business practices..... Check your statements!
