  I’ve been in a situation in my life that I have moved several times and when I called the office, Michelle is wonderful on the phone with me. She always recognizes me and treats me as family. I will never go to any other insurance company as long as I live in Florida.

  Highly do not recommend. Just wanted renters insurance. Quoted something reasonable. Accepted, for them to remove a discount nearly 45 days later amend the terms. Their response. It was a discount for bundled auto insurance. That I told them I wasn't interested in, from the start. BUYERS BEWARE. Also expect no less. than a half dozen calls in less than a week all during work hours. Update: Someone reached out to see how they could fix the situation. Their solution .Trust them with a bigger bill and a possible situation I'm sure they would actively try and avoid helping in. Hard Pass. She did keep repeating they have been in buisness for 20 years of independent agents... Translation 20 of a revolving door of bare minimum business practices..... Check your statements!

  We have had Allstate insurance on our park model trailer in Sarasota for 7 years, ever since we bought it. In that time, we have not had to file any claims. Thank God! But I am confident that if we had to, Nino would be there to help us through the process. We have told our neighbor across the street who just bought a trailer this year to get his insurance from Nino. We told him he would be happy.
