    I called them 8 weeks before my Citizens policy was due to be switched to Slide and told them the new rates were almost double that of Citizens and I couldn't pay it. The agent said not to worry, there was plenty of time. I received a letter from Slide saying they hadn't received the payment and one from my Mortgage lender saying my policy had already lapsed! I found a new insurance company, with much better coverage, lower price, but now I'm having to scramble to get inspections at the last minute! When I spoke to the office, they make it seem like it's my fault. Worst company EVER! Why haven't they been investigated??

    The worst experience I’ve ever had with Allstate. I called twice to try and get a quote from Brock to add my youngest onto our policy. It’s like he wasn’t listening to anything I said. Never gave me the quote and told me to call someone else in the office. In addition, he told me twice that Allstate in Florida has never given a discount based on grades. I was second guessing myself but when I called the 800-number for Allstate the licensed broker told me they absolutely do and gave me the discount. Thank goodness I switched to another agent closer to me. When it was Helen Wade insurance it was top notch service. But this place….👎🏼

    This is the worst experience I have ever received at an insurance agency. I was calling to cancel my deceased mother's policy and the staff is very rude and unresponsive . I left multiple messages and their excuse was that I was speaking to the call center . I never spoke to anyone because I was leaving voicemail after voicemail. If you want to be respected and treated as a human GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
