  Heather has helped me more times than I can count. She knows her stuff. Shes responsive to my emails. If shes unavailable when I call the office she promptly calls me back. She helped go over coverages and prices with me when I had to add my teenager and a new car to my policy last year. She shared her experience with me when she added her kids and she just made me feel even more comfortable being with Allstate. Shes very knowledgeable and even recently helped me prove homeownership by doing everything for me because I didnt know what to do. She made me aware of discounts to help lower my premium and to me that speaks volumes because it proves Allatate (unlike other companies I've dealt with) dont just want your money. They want and value their customers. They care. They dont want to lose you so they go above and beyond to help you. Its nice having a live agent to speak with and one that truly remembers you. You're not just a customer at Allstate or a number, you're a person. And in todays AI world that means a lot to me and my generation.

  Heather has been my go to for sometime now. Shes professional, knowledgeable, super friendly and kind. She processes my requests effectively and puts up with what she calls "what if scenarios" because I cannot make up my mind on which vehicle I want. Shes patient and I can literally hear her smile through the phone. I got lucky with a customer service representative that actually cares. Thanks Heather. For everything!

  Heather is simply amazing. So easy to talk with. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Professional. She's "all business" but dont get me wrong she also asks about your day and takes care of everything efficiently. Her mannerisms are exceptional. She follows up. She truly cares about her customers and that means a lot because alot of customer service people just try to get you off the phone without checking your other policies to make sure you're gettimg the best rate. She offered me a home, flood and motorcycle quote and I cant wait to pull the trigger on those, save some money and have her as my agent for everything because I know I'll be in good hands.

  I had a wonderful phone interaction with Heather Bennett at Allstate. She was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. It was truly a joy speaking with her. Heather efficiently handled my requests and completed everything quickly and seamlessly. I only wish my other customer service experiences with other companies were this pleasant.   I received a call about my upcoming renewal and had questions. Heather and I played phone tag for a week but today we were able to connect. Not only did she remember what my questions were but she answered all of them and walked me through some next steps that I wouldnt have been aware of. She applied discounts to my home and auto saving me over $600 a year. Unbelievable I know!! Heather was so polite and knowledgeable. Extremely friendly and professional. Top notch service. Kudos to Richard O'Connors agency for only hiring the best!
