- AHAimee HernandezDec 31, 20241.0I have done business with this Allstate agency several time and never had an issue till now. I cancelled my policy with them back in August 28, I followed all there requests for cancellation and was advised by Julisha Harris all was taken care of, in September I recieved a late bill once again I emailed her. Now I get a letter from collections that I owe them money. I call and spoke to the owner which didn't get me anywhere. After doing my own research I see I did everthing on my part but they did nothing except send me to collections. Now I have to clean up there mess before it affects my credit. Not professional or responsible at all.
