  Entitled and condescending. I bought a car from my parents that was already being serviced by this agency. I shifted my policy here since it was already set up. They are condescending and take your business for granted! You feel like a number through their machine with zero appreciation for your existence. After a year I finally switched when I bought a new car to Geico. I saved $100 per month and didn’t have to be talked down to by the entitled women who I’ve talked to at this agency. I gave 2 stars because I could at least access my proof of insurance online and bypass having to talk to these people.

  Luis and staff are the best I have ever done business with, he has been my agent for almost 10 years !!!!

  They should offer a lot more than a $20 Amazon gift card for referrals. If I had enemies- they would probably be the only ones I would refer here. Initial phone call was great (only reason for 2 stars)- till I found out the agent did not get me what I asked for…and then he attempted to gaslight me into believing it was my fault. I find it odd that he had time to listen to an hour long phone conversation, but didn’t have time to give me the homeowners quote that he offered to get for me, even after numerous follow up emails from myself asking about it.

  This office is very professional & knowledgeable, however, the annual homeowner insurance premiums are quite exorbitant even if you've never had a claim approved for payment.

  Shifty!!!! We have had Allstate for over 30 years-- our agent retired, and we were contacted by this agency. We were quoted a price for our boat insurance, added in our vehicles, and still have our home with them. We paid the year's policy in full as always, and now seven months have passed and this Allstate agency contacted us via letter to say we need to pay more for the boat or we will be cancelled. They said it was because we did not have our vehicles with them in 2024????? What has that got to do with anything? We supposedly got the "discount" due to adding the vehicles NOW. Do not deal with this office!!! We had to pay the additional monies or have the policy cancel, so they have us over a barrel. Dropped the vehicle insurance, (3 cars and a bike) and paid the additional on the boat. Ye olde bait and switch tactic. I will be leaving this info anywhere I can, on as many platforms as possible. NEVER have we dealt with an agency as dishonest. I would leave no stars if possible.
