Hannah got back to me quickly, was friendly and professional and gave me plenty of details when I asked for them. She also presented me with options but wasn't pushy at all. I've used this office for a few years and they are always prompt and helpful. It's nice to know I can connect with an actual human quickly when I have questions or concerns and don't have to do everything online.

I went with someone else for a while just because i was on a tight budget and needed something cheaper. I reached back out to Shannon Olson office back in November and talked to Hannah, who was great and wonderful in helping me but the rate was a bit too high for me. She reached back out to me last week and was able to get me on a lower rate than before and I'm greateful for Hannah and her follow up. Great work, I will keep going with Shannon Olson's office as long as Hannah remains working there because of her amazing customer service, and follow up with me months after we initially spoke. 10/10
