- BBBCDDec 2, 20251.0All they do is TAKE your money. Owner lost my valuable trust papers. I feel that he STOLE them to SABOTAGE my family. How does someone lose a thick packet in an 18' X 18' ziplock bag? They (evil adjuster 'Alicia Y.' somewhere else) gave me a hard time about everything. In desperation, I hand delivered my important papers there. This has been several years now. They NEVER paid us for the damages, after taking my blood money year after year. They raised the rates so high that we are now without insurance, too.
- JSJean SAug 16, 20211.0VERY disappointed with the service from this office. I called on June 7 and talked with Beverly to start the process of getting a quote for condo, car and motorcycle. A week later, I called back to make sure they hadn't forgotten us and was assured she would get back to me based on our current policy expiration of July 10. So we waited . . . I called back on July 6 and spoke to Ken, who I assume is the agent in this office, and was assured I would get a call back that afternoon or next day. Here it is August 16 and still no call from anyone. Needless to say, we have gone with another company. You guys lost out on 3 policies here! And we wont call in the future when we might want to shop around again!
