Finally, an agent that makes me feel like they are glad to help. 50 years with State Farm and I have seen some changes, in the insurance industry but Dave Snells group has kept customer service as a priority.

Snails work here indeed.
The customer service is very demeaning, even though I called multiple times and sent text messages regarding a cancellation, and they want to tell me in the most dumbfounded tone that I needed to send a dec page, but if that was told to me from the very beginning, this would’ve been taken care of and I wouldn’t have had to speak to Nicole and get rude customer service for a third time in a row. Clearly there is no communication and the service is completely unprofessional in many departments. Because this is not even the first issue I have had with these people. I’ve been with them for over 3 years, and clearly that means nothing, and I am happy to leave. Get it together. Woah!
