- GGGerard GriesserNov 12, 20251.0“Buyer Beware”. The worse service I have ever endured and I’m 76 years old. My issues were no return phone call for ten days after multiple calls by me begging for someone anyone from the agency to contact me. In addition for every call I made , I would send a text message asking for someone to contact me. There were zero attempts over many days to reach out to me . All requests were un answered. I contacted AllState directly and discovered that the policy number given to me by an agent of the agency was the wrong number. Not surprising after all this effort, distress and inexcusable behavior I cancelled my policy ( 3 cars). My text notifying the agency of cancellation has been met by zero response . BUYER BEWARE!!

Needed to make a small change to our boat policy and after multiple attempts we emailed the office telling them the service has been awful and the policy is still incorrect. We advised them we would take our business elsewhere. We never received a response to that email and now have a cheaper policy elsewhere.

Tanner went out of his way to send it to me without the attachment. He is right there if I have any questions or if I need help. I would highly recommend Tanner and Allstate.
