  Definitely recommend going in, then sitting on the phone. I went in because each time i called the number on the app it was transfer after transfer. just to change my plan to have my wife added. Gotta say Jacquelyn Hopkins did an amazing job! Less than 5 minutes and all set, and with a cheaper plan. Amazing and warm staff.

  Thieves and Liars! I Purchased a commercial auto policy with direct auto insurance, only to find out a week later as I reviewed everything again, that the agent actually wrote up my commercial auto policy as a personal policy and I was paying a very high amount for that policy. I called and called and got transferred 5 times, hung up on 2 times, and was told by another agent they fixed the problem. But they didn’t… they just lied to get off the phone. Now I went to the a storefront location to fix the situation only to be told that my business type “junk & debris removal” was an “unacceptable risk” and therefore uninsurable. My driving record is spotless and all my trucks and equipment are either brand new or in perfect working order. Do not waste your time with direct auto. Go with a real company. These people just want you to make a deposit and then they get rid of you and leave you with the wrong policy. Thieves and liars…
