  We had been with this establishment for over a decade prior to Darron owning it. Our rental property received a non renewal because the agent and insurer no longer did business from a farmed out insurance so we brought it his attention 4 months ago. This non renewal was not because the roof is 20 years old. He recommend waiting till closer to the non renewal date. At over a month from the noon renewal date he recommend a company to get a wind mitigation and 4 point inspection to open possibilities of more insurers which we gladly did and using the company he referred us to. The inspection company said we still had 5 years left on the roof. We followed up two weeks later to find out he had nothing to offer for homeowners insurance to us so we would be left with no insurance possibilities and only 3 weeks to find another insurer. When asked if he could recommend someone he said he didn't know anyone else who could write a policy for us he said no. When asked then why did he request/ recommend a 4 point and wind mitigation inspection? His reply "I cannot comment on a conversation I don't recall having" and then just radio silence. Maybe I'm just expecting too much but a little more customer service is deserved. Use him at your own risk. Kerri Ravi used to run the office properly and his service is not up to the Allstate standard in our opinion.

  For the most part people are friendly enough, unfortunately they don’t have access to reasonable insurance for older beachfront homes. They would not assist in helping me cancel my policy carried by their office and insisted insisted my new carrier process the cancellation request.
