Nicole has always been a help to us and our business with vehicle insurance claims and additions etc. Brennan was a great help to call and remind me of paperwork not yet signed and sent. I thought I had sent it but forgot to press the send button. Thank goodness for great team of workers to help keep me on my toes. Got to love them !! Thanks so much!
- SKSandra Knapp4 days ago5.0I can’t speak to other agents at this location but, Danielle is wonderful to work with. She’s knowledgeable, patient and friendly. We’re moving from TN to FL and she was able to walk me through the process of getting our homeowners insurance setup down there so we can get our mortgage and closing date. She gave me information about what to do to transfer our car insurance - I didn’t know I had to get FL insurance before registering our cars. She even mentioned acquiring life insurance to make it a package deal at State Farm, but once I mentioned I already had a policy with another company, she didn’t push or try to sell me on switching, she just let me know it’s there for me if we needed something different. State Farm higher ups, if you’re reading this, Danielle needs to be in home office, training your agents on what to do and say and how to act.
