Of course, we didn’t realize it until after office hours, and the 1-888 number was completely useless—they said they couldn’t help and weren’t allowed to write two policies. I sent Anthony a text letting him know it was my mistake and that I needed it taken care of ASAP. He responded right away, told me he was already speaking with the underwriter, and within the hour had a new policy in place for us. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we were covered.
