- LBL BlackmonAug 3, 20242.0Unacceptable. Had a flat on turnpike. Told rosdside assistant agent exactly where I was on the turnpike. Estimate wait was 1 hour and a half. Hour and a half later driver calls and says it's another 30 minutes then immediately says because I'm on the turnpike he couldn't do it and hung up. Contacted allstate again and they said they are looking for another service to assist me. I called road ranger and they showed up it 15 min. I'm paying way too much in insurance for that to happen. Switching insurance soon.
