  Rocky from this office is worth his weight in gold. I transferred to Allstate after being with Geico my entire adult life - almost 27 years. For whatever reason they jacked up my premium by 2.5 times. This was absolutely unacceptable. I spent many days calling around looking for, not only a cheaper plan, but an agency that I could rely on. I found that in Allstate. From the moment he provided me with a premium quote, Rocky went out of his way to provide the best rate possible. I wasn't very easy on him in demanding that he continually try and try harder to get the premium down. It wasn't long before he finally got it down to a place I was comfortable. I have worked with Rocky for a year now and find him to be very knowledgeable and friendly. He is always willing to provide solutions where I had problems, and add his expert advice when I need it. I recently moved to a different part of Florida. I was very hesitant about updating my address because I thought I would have to switch agents/offices. I was very happy when he told me that he was licensed in all of Florida and would continue to be my agent. He is a stand up guy full of integrity and he's never annoyed at any of the annoying requests I have of him. Love and recommend Allstate, but I highly recommended Rocky at the Ft. Lauderdale office. He is someone I'm proud to have a long-term relationship with in providing for my auto insurance needs.

  Nothing but great experience. Not often would I think to describe an interaction with an insurance company that way. But it's true. Rocky is an excellent agent to deal with. He is a valuable asset to this agency and Allstate as a company. I can't encourage anyone enough to reach out to this agency for any insurance needs that you may have in Florida.
