  I was with this company since the Florida No Fault Days way back in the 1980's here in the 2020 time period I started getting up explained rate increases come to find out Corp. NEW YORK bought Direct out. Im a safe driver no tickets, decent credit, at my job 10yrs. No accidents another BS rate increase, I fired the company i had been with my whole adult life because of Corporate Greed!!!

  Tracey B. is my new insurance rep and in a rush of panic she saved the day! Tracey was professional, knowledgeable and kind. Tracey made sure she spoke clearly and if I didn't understand a coverage she explained it to me so I understood. She was a real person without a written script (other than the legal stuff she has to read). She seemed to truly care about her position and her customers. I really look forward to having an insurance rep I can count on when shopping around for new rates, especially since the increasing prices. Direct Auto's ability to work with multiple insurance companies made it easy for Tracey to find me a good rate at a price that I was comfortable with. She was fast with her responses, and followed through immediately. Her supervisors and team should be proud to work along side of someone who truly showed integrity, professionalism, and personable skills all while just writing an insurance quote. That in itself shows magnitude! I am glad that I chose Direct Auto and dropped my last company! I also wanted to add that I felt confident and comfortable that if I had any questions about coverage or changes in it that I could get proper and timely feedback from the reps at direct auto, especially Tracey Barnes! Thank you again Tracey, something so small to you and your company truly took a huge weight off my shoulders. Direct Auto and Tracey Barnes are Awesome! Highly Recommend!!!!
