- WPWayne Pledger5 days ago1.0I was with this company since the Florida No Fault Days way back in the 1980's here in the 2020 time period I started getting up explained rate increases come to find out Corp. NEW YORK bought Direct out. Im a safe driver no tickets, decent credit, at my job 10yrs. No accidents another BS rate increase, I fired the company i had been with my whole adult life because of Corporate Greed!!!

The representative was very rude and quoted me over $100 more than necessary to change a policy mistake that they made when I signed up via phone. Lili was extremely helpful and corrected the increase which calculated to $6 more. It’s much appreciated. Great customer service at the local office!
