  Terrible customer service. I could not get to speak or come into the office without an appointment. Poor way to do business -your clients are who pays your salary. I have since removed all my policies from Allstate! Shop around for affordable rates!!! I have not spoken to anyone at your agency in over 3 years! So I hesitate to say -your don't know what you are talking about!;!

  Hi Matt Barres, You should have a serious conversation with your agent Ralph, he is very unprofessional and I bet he is putting your business on the situation of people like me, who call for a quote ended hanging up the phone because of the interact with your agent is not the way it should be, unfortunately the marketing material that I got over the mail is not what the insurance cover will cost, I was able to take a quick look on other peoples comments and I decided to not even try to call again for a quote. After you answered my review is no way to send you a reply, that is why I'm going to write here now. Your mail had my address (why do you need my zip code) the price was on the paper with all the details and if you really heard the conversation I give him all the details, he wants my date of birth and he was very clear when he said "If you don't give me your date of birth this conversation is over" guess what? The conversation was over. That is the reason I take some time to write this review, is unacceptable been treated that way from another person, is better ways to get people information without threatening to end a call if someone don't feel comfortable to give personal information over the phone, but if you think the conversation was ok, I know now how you operated.
