  I worked with Shelby to try to find a fire/liability policy that would cover our second home in Alabama. Shelby was very helpful and was able to adjust the coverage and total premium to meet our needs. Thanks for the help and your patience.

  I am so frustrated with your auto insurance rep. It took her DAYS to get back to me, and when she finally called, she had the worst attitude. On top of that, she had loud music blaring in the background the whole time? I wish I could remember the name, I know her name begins with a K. I felt like I was interrupting her party, seemed very distracted the entire phone call! Learn to focus on the costumers, seems like the staff is a little relaxed lately which is UNACCEPTABLE! While you figure out your staffs relaxed ‘salesmanship’, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Save your time. Thanks for nothing auto sales rep!!

  Linda Greer came to my First Time Home Buyers Class at Habitat for Humanity and educated us on homeowners insurance. Later, when I closed on my house I reached out to her and she helped me with my policy. Because I'm on a tight budget, I got another quote from another agency that was less expensive. I wanted to stay with Westmark because I value their social initiatives and the fact that they are a woman-owned business. Linda worked with me on a policy that matched the competitor's price! Now I'm happy to be a customer of a local business that invests in their community.

  My entire interaction was with agent Ryan Scheid. It was like dealing with a good friend that cared about my needs. He took the time to look at my old policy and thoroughly explained the coverages contained in my new policy. He was professional, courteous and most of all patient. I made a quick comment about being busy taking care of my mom's estate and Ryan picked up on that, sending me a sympathy card signed by everyone in their office. Just starting with Westmark but already feel more important to them than any other previous insurer I've dealt with. Thank you Ryan and staff.
