  Watch out for their bait and switch! They send out flyers with a really appealing annual estimate but when you call for an actual quote the prices is SIX times higher than the proposed estimate! Shady business practices.

  I recently moved to Allstate and was working with Casey Sparks and I thought I won the jackpot in customer service! Casey was so personal, thoughtful and genuine and really took the time to explain my options in a way that I could understand and make the best choices for me and my family. We talked about our personal lives for another 20 minutes afterwards and I truly felt a personal connection with her and couldn’t believe how lucky I was to have her in my corner. Today I had to call the office and Casey was at lunch. Low and behold I hit the jackpot again in having the opportunity to speak with Angelia. She was the same personal, thoughtful and genuine person that Casey was and I could tell immediately that she cared about my situation, would do anything to help and was just a genuine example of someone who cares! Having a great experience and strong connection is very important to me and these wonderful ladies created that and I can’t thank them enough. Melissa, you are doing something right in your hiring process so keep it up!!!
